My role at Redesign Health offered a unique experience, supporting the launch of 25 healthcare startups each year. As creative director, I developed an operational model that led to greater impact at faster speeds, and significantly reduced marketing spend even as the company scaled.

Previously, I was a freelance contractor and advisor for early stage startups. I worked on a variety of project types for clients across many industries. This included creative direction, photo and video shoots/production, rebranding, copywriting, art direction, brand strategy, naming.
